A truly fantastic weekend at Tipitinas for the Second annual Anders Osborne Holiday Spectacular. Started off friday night with Luther Dickinson, Paul Barrere and Billy Iuso and Johnny Sansone and John Gros holdin court on the keys. . All but Luther returned for the amped up and taken to another spiritual level with Cyril Neville, Tim Green, Mark Mullins, the Soul Queen of New Orleans Irma Thomas and my Big Chief, Big Chief Monk Boudreaux, who raised the roof as always......Monk's Birthday was also celebrated this evening to the delight of all......Quite a special evening on all accounts!!
