Last Friday at the Crescent City Blues and BBQ Fest last Friday night to catch Little Freddie King and Ana Popovic, what a nice way to start the weekend. Luke Winslow King played with LFK for the first time publicly I believe, what a treat that was......A couple months ago I did a photo shoot for LFK's new CD(early 2015 release) featuring Luke Winslow King and Vasti Jackson. I got a taste of the collaboration then and have been anxiously awaiting seeing them play together live. The CCBBF was the perfect stage for this.....as both were having a blast playing together and the chemistry between the two was clear.....Look forward to seeing more of this.......Another one of my favorites, Ana Popovic, came on after LFK and powered through an amazing set herself.......would have loved to have seen Ana and Freddie on stage together.......maybe next time......enjoy the pics!!
