David Bowie’s Memorial Second Line effectively shut down the Quata with thousands of attendees spilling, pouring and dancing there way in or behind the massive procession led by Arcade Fire and Preservation Hall Jazz Band from PH to the River and back to One Eyed Jacks where Bowie’s music was blasted out to the throngs of peeps in attendance who at times sang the songs louder than the music being played........no words or pix to possibly convey that....a truly magical tribute and send off to David Bowie the only way we know how........major props to Arcade Fire and PHJB for putting this together.....I did manage to pop off a few shots throughout.....enjoy the pix!!!
