One of the few images that I have been moved to capture the past couple weeks........Ted's Frostop over on South Claiborne Ave.. Seems like it's been there forever, and even made it through Katrina. I grew up in the neighborhood across Claiborne and have fond memories from my early juvenile delinquent days hanging out with friends among “other things” playing pinball for 10-12 hrs a day and smokin camel no filters cause they made me “dizzy”..........the place was always populated with some of the most interesting characters, and come to think of it still is today. And really, this is exactly how I remember it......The place had great breakfast and lunch, and nothing has really changed about that. Some things never change......... sounds like home to me.
