Walter Wolfman Washington 30th Anniversary Bash Tipitinas

It was a special evening at #Tipitinas last Friday celebrating Walter Wolfman Washington’s 30th Anniversary Bash where he dispensed his #RnB #soul fried #funky #blues which I have been receiving regularly since first seeing #WalterWolfmanWashington solo with a chair and a lightbulb for lighting at “The Boot” in the early eighties. Things were slightly different on this night where Walter was joined by his band #TheRoadmasters Jack Cruz, Wayne Maureau, Antonio Gambrell, Tom Fitzpatrick, David Woodard, Larry Carter, along with Tom Worrell and Jimmy Carpenter et al sitting in throughout the night……A special evening for sure, and I was more than happy to shoot this important night for #HepcatEntertainment.
