Another killer afternoon of music last week with Papa Mali and the Revivalists Harvest the Music appearance in Lafayette Square. Papa Mali was joined onstage by Robert Mercurio on bass, Ed Williams of the Revivalists on Pedal Steel Guitar among others for his set which was aurally pleasing as always.....

Papa Mali was joined onstage by Robert Mercurio on bass, Ed Williams of the Revivalists on Pedal Steel Guitar among others for his set which was aurally pleasing as always.....The Revivalists then went on to play a pretty killer set themselves, joined by Papa Mali for a tune or two....Their set was quite unlike I have heard from the Revivalists, live anyway.....almost a homestyle relaxed kinda show......as opposed to the scorch the earth and burn down the walls club shows I have seen them put on........as always it was an impressive performance and delivery.....Enjoy the pics....Jerry ;-)
