Great people and venues from the Birchmere Music Hall in VA, Fairfield Theatre in CONN, and finally the Hiro Ballroom in NY, and especially seeing old and new friends abound. Fantastic shows at ALL venues.....

One of them is at the Maple Leaf Bar when Tab Benoit joins The Johnny Vidacovich Trio with George Porter Jr.. Maybe it's me but something real special always happens when these guys get together......Probably something to do with the organic nature of the shows.....Last night, as always was an enjoyable show with three of the heaviest of the heavy weights of our rich musical culture.
